SOUS CHEF

Indian , with 4 years experience

In production of Indian snacks and sweets, breads, pastries and cakes. Preferably with managerial skills and fluency in Hindi and English.

In depth knowledge of several cooking / baking methods, ingredients, baking equipment’s operations and process is vital for applying for the post. Knowledge of Food and safety Regulations will be added advantage.
